New ITV Bingo Advert
When it comes to advertising an online bingo brand on the small screen usually the operators have to work hard to pull something eye catching out of the bag. Thousands are spent creating an advertisment that grabs the viewers attention enough to want to actually visit the online bingo brand being shown – does the ITV Bingo advert do just that?
The first thing you’ll notice if you are a Coronation Street fan is the similarity to the opening credits of this famous soap opera – the main difference being the obligatory bingo balls used in the ITV Bingo advertising make an appearance pretty much straight away.
If you are of a certain age, well are old enough to remember music from the early sixties, then you will probably recognise the tune from the ITV Bingo advert. The song is Bingo by Dave Carey and it was originally released in 1961 and it’s not the first time the song has appeared in a commercial – originally it was used to advertise Top Rank Bingo.
Now we’ve mentioned the obligatory bingo balls making an appearance in the ITV Bingo commercial but does it have a woman, a laptop and just thrown in for good measure, a woman screaming orgasmically? The latter two do not make an appearance and even the woman only has a cameo role – all in all a fairly decent offering for www.itvbingo.com – far improved from the previous advert from this brand. If we were new players to the world of online bingo, would definitely have grabbed our attention enough to pay the site a visit. What about you?
