New Virgin Bingo Advert
As you are probably well aware there are numerous online bingo brands advertising their wares on the small screen at the moment whether it be via a full length commercial or a “bumper” at the beginning and end of each advert break. Recently we have seen new brands appear on our television screens but last week the new Virgin Bingo advert launched and we have to say, I’m quite impressed and it’s a definite improvement to the previous offering.
First impressions were “why all the women?” but then as the new Virgin Bingo advert continues it becomes apparent towards the end of the commercial they throw in Ricardo but unlike the adverts for Virgin Broadband, Ricardo is not Richard Branson (nor Usain Bolt!).
Ricardo in the new Virgin Bingo advert is a rather handsome, bare chested, good looking young man – the eye candy that a bingo commercial needs in my opinion after all us women are the biggest demographic of online bingo players!

There are a few subtle innuendo’s dropped in throughout the commercial – “polishing balls” and the whole advert appears to have been filmed in a hangar. I’m loving the way the female star of the commercial eyes up Ricardo when he reveals the sign up bonus, looking him up and down as she says “very nice” – obviously referring to the semi clad Ricardo rather than the actual sign up bonus.
