Betway Bingo Review
Betway is an established online sports book and casino and in the summer of 2014 they added an online bingo brand to the portfolio, so we headed straight over to check out Betway Bingo. The brand has gone with the Microgaming software, a software we think excels in mini-games, but the bingo is a bit of a letdown, that said, onwards we go with the news that there are generous deposit bonuses to get your started!
When you land on the Betway Bingo homepage it’s very simply laid out and quite unlike anything we’ve seen before, either from any other Microgaming brands, or any other brands, It’s really sleek and smart, but we find it quite hard to navigate. We do find our way around eventually and it’s not long before we’ve registered for a new account and claimed out no deposit bonus.
There are two variants of bingo available at Betway Bingo, both 90-ball and 75-ball and it’s good quality bingo, the pot sizes are reasonable, the lobby screen is smart and sleek, very much like the homepage and the site itself feels very polished. We’re greeted by friendly Chat Hosts and the chatrooms are bustling and busy. Overall it’s a pretty good bingo experience and we’re pleasantly surprised at the changes in this software implemented here!
While exploring the rest of the site we find the usual complement of Microgaming games, and there are some big names here without even visiting the actual casino. Slots, progressives, instant wins and traditional casino games are the order of the day and if you are a fan of games you’re sure to love what’s on offer here!
We want to see what else is available now, but it’s problematic getting back to the homescreen from the lobby. We can find no promotions or specials in the lobby, but there’s no link to get back to the homepage (that we can find anyway). We end up logging out, a little frustrated and this does take us back to the homescreen, where we find the promise of ‘great giveaways’, but no actual promotions page, in fact nothing, that stylish, attractive homepage seems to be substance free!
We’re not really sure what to make of Betway Bingo, the welcome bonus is great, the site is simply stunning and unlike others we’ve seen, but we’re left feeling a little hollow. What’s it all about? We’re not really sure.

Initially I loved playing on this site. I had some good wins but was a bit perturbed when I was required to send a photo of my passport and a utility bill to withdraw my winnings. However I was disgusted when I made a deposit in order to get free spins on Avolon slots but did not get them. After several emails back and forth with contradicting advice I was told that I needed to down load the game to get the free spins. There was nothing in the promotion ad that said or indicated this. I asked for my deposit back as I was unable to download the game but this did not happen, I feel robbed. Therefore score 1/5

I entered a promotion which states once I make a deposit I would get 20 free spins on Avolon etc but I did not get the spins. After several emails giving me contradictory advice I was told that I had to down load the game from Safari to play. I was unable to do this and reported to them that there ad does not stipulate this only says deposit and be rewarded etc. As I had made the deposit on faith that the ad was honest I asked to have my deposit returned. As you can imagine I did not get that either. I asked my friend to see what happens if she responded likewise to the promotion and she did not get the spins also. Therefor I feel robbed and wonder how many others were too. It’s a shame as up until then I had somewhat enjoyed the site but am not going to part my money with a company that is not open and honest anymore. Therefore 1/5
