Live Help was unavailable or not working when we tried to contact the site for further details so we really can’t be sure as to why the money was not added to our account. It could be that we have accounts with other brands on the network or simply that we didn’t register our financial details. If you wish to persue this when and if you register then you can try and contact support.

When you take the 100% cash match bonus on offer by Live Bingo it is worth noting that the wagering requirements on this bonus are 1x the amount of bonus. This means that you must wager the bonus on bingo before any ‘pending’ money in your account will be transferred to your real cash balance and be available for withdrawal.
