5 MONTHS AGO.I won 8 or 9 cheeky mugs on a cheeky mug promotion weekend.I even topped up twice over that weekened because my friend owns a cafe and wanted a feww to let her special customers use. 5 months later I am Still waiting.
3 months ago on lucky dip cheeky bingo promotion I won a cheeky computer mouse.I am still waiting for that also.They have even done another lucky dip promotion since,even though people have not received prizes from the first one.How dare these people treat there bingo customers like this.I have emailed cheeky bingo this morning telling them I will be getting in touch with trading standards today.

i would like to say that over the years i have taken advantage of many online bingo offers one of the most recent was cheeky bingo i registered for my £20.00 free bonus then decided to pay £5.00 to play slots i did this and played paridise reels i bet 20p on each line equalling £1.80 i won £425.00 i have never been so shocked or excited so i just wanted to share me experiance and prompt the sceptics like me into giving it a try u may just pay for ur kids christmas to. lol got the xbox got the ride on car and most of the other little bits its helped me big time well worth a play and good luck to u all x

well you have lost a loyal customer. i won and they froze my account. i sent all the pictures they required at least ten times being told they where accepted. a week later no account open no money.i won 280 pounds. i sent endless emails and i have rang the number to be told it is a security thing… well sort it out only after i am going to make a complaint with the gibraliter ombudsman today i might get it sorted…. very disappointed and i will be telling everyone stay away on every website i can find.. bad bad bad customer care

Apologies for my delay in responding, Ive only just seen this comment. I too won a Cheeky Bingo mouse mat that I never received, however I did receive money in my account to compensate for not receiving the mouse mat and I hadn’t even complained. I’m sure if you contact support you will find that this has also been the case for you.

I’ve just joined yr site found it exciting but my friend claims she won £100 clear profit but could not with drawer it , so I went to accounts section and you have a deposit facility but no withdrawal system so I have not deposited the amount I was going to : please reply

Thank your for your comment. Firstly I would like to explain that we are not the owners of Cheeky Bingo, we have simply reviewed the product.
However, I may be able to help you find an answer to the problem. Had your friend actually made a deposit to win the £100 or simply been playing free bingo games at the site? In the Terms and Conditions it clearly states that
With reference to there not being a “withdrawal system”, this is found in the cashier. To visit the cashier at Cheeky Bingo you can click ‘Deposit’ from the ‘My Account’ section of the site or ‘Banking’ from the main lobby. This will bring up the Brigend Cashier (as shown below)
The ‘Withdrawal” option is the second item in the left hand navigation.

Are you able to access a laptop or PC? As yet none of the mobile products powered by the 888/Globalcom software offer you the option to withdraw through your mobile device. You have to login to your account online.

Additionally, the funds will remain as ‘processing’ for 48 hours in which time you can cancel your withdrawal at any point. Following that it will take between 3 and 7 days to hit your account dependent on your how you are withdrawing.

Withdrawals from Cheeky Bingo do not usually take that long as they are part of Cassava. If your ID has been approved then it will be in your bank within 3-5 days.

All I want to say us that the customer support is not good at all. I have had lots of difficulties logging in and never get a response to my emails. So my advice to myself is, don’t bother. The slots were not much to be desired either. 1/5

I have recently joined cheeky bingo deposited 10 pound won 100 i requested withdrawal was told id lose bonus deposit im now waiting to see if i get my winnings but i wont hold my breath as ive read thousands of bad reviews who claim there accounts were blocked and sent emails of cheeky accussing them of abusing the site im kinda looking forward to them doing this to me as i will pursue them and expose them i will never use there site again even if im lucky enough to get my winnings . People be warned and read reviews before you give this site your hard earned money

Fed up of getting emails from this shower I have never played any gaming site in my life. They must have bought my adress from somewhere. I asked them to stop emailing me. Today I got yet another ckeeybingo email trying to sign me up.
I am sick to death of these people hassling me, and taking no action when asked to stop posting their spam!!
