Gala Bingo Background And History
Gala Bingo Wimbourne is another casualty of the economic ‘storm’ that lashing down on bingo halls, forcing many to close. It’s closure was announced along with the closure of four other Gala clubs in what appears to have been a company wide cost cutting strategy or ‘culling exercise’.
The future of the premises is unknown, a church has approached Gala Coral with a view to converting the building into a church and community centre, although the outcome of this is not known.
