In my line of work it’s often the case that I have to contact Customer Support at many of the brands available online today. The predominant reason for most of the contact is to clarify something in the Terms and Conditions of a welcome bonus or promotion but quite often I am left hanging on the phone, or sitting for endless minutes waiting whilst the agent goes away to find the answer to my question. Recently I had reason to contact support at Party Bingo and did so through their Live Chat feature.
Although only available to real money players at Party Bingo I am not a high roller at the site, in all honesty it’s one of the bingo brands I don’t have much time for, but I had a review to write and wanted to clarify a few details.
