dear sirs i called house on a fullhouse for £40 today and the caller did not hear me so carried on calling everybody heard me call apart from ron. i ask to talk to the manager sam and she was no help at all! ron to me was not paying attention properley and everyone around me agreed! i have noticed he has been making a lot of mistakes over a longtime now threw i can only say tiredness ! as far as i am concerned niether me or my partner will be ever going to crossgates to play bingo ever again! a very disgusted. i used to be a very good customer and have spent a lot of money with mecca bingo over the last 10 years !

My husband and I dont go out at all (non drinkers) and so we decided to try Bingo for some social outings. We joined 2 clubs in the same week, Mecca Bingo at Crossgates and another company in Castleford. English is my husbands 2nd language and I have not played in a club before. Upon arrival the other company was great explaining everything in full several times, a tour around, approaching our table throughout the night and checking all was OK, free vouchers for 20 spins on the slots plus a free game in the interval. We got nothing from Mecca Bingo in Crossgates other than being told the entry fee (a whopping £25 each)and hurried to move on. Granted it was Sunday evening and they were busy but that no excuse. Very disappointed Mecca and I hasten to add our business will go to the “other” hall in Castleford from now on.

We went to the buy one get one free evening last night (Wednesday 19th March) we usually come to the club on Wednesday nights, when we paid we did not get the BOGOF offer as we did not have a voucher, as we were in the club on the previous Wednesday we should have been given one, there were 2 of us so at least one of us should have got a voucher but none were given. We had a win the week before so it will show as proof of our attendance, the card name would have been either mine or B Hansbro. We feel very aggrieved as it cost us more than it should.

Iv moves houses and changed my address u do not get no offers it has recently been my birthday and haven’t received any offers like I used to!!! I keep getting the previous tentants bingo offers
