Bingo VG - Very Good!

Deal Or No Deal Bingo Review

As you would expect from a brand named Deal or No Deal Bingo the home page of this online bingo brand is adorned with the infamous DOND box. Whilst there is no sign of the bearded host, Noel Edmonds, you instantly get a feel for this well known television game show.

Getting started at Deal or No Deal Bingo is simple – register a new account and you can claim a first deposit bonus, but these change often so make sure you know what’s available before you dedicate your cash. Details required are standard to the Virtue Fusion network and whilst you are taken instantly to the depositing screen when registration is complete, you do not need to deposit in order to visit the bingo rooms.

Simply click back onto the main home page and “member login”. You will need to choose a name to choose in chat on your first visit to DOND Bingo. The welcome bonus was not instantly in the new account we created, a little disappointing. This resulted in the chat host directing us to Live Help who seemed to take an age to respond and in the end, giving up! 8.47pm we logged onto main chat – at 8.57pm we had still had no response other than the standard “All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience; an operator will be with you shortly.”

Once in the main lobby you have a choice of a multiple number of tabs; All Rooms, 90 ball, 75 ball, 80 ball, and Specials. The lobby shows all relevant information pertaining to each room; time until next game, prize on offer, price per ticket, number of players in the room and the maximum number of tickets available to purchase on the next game. All of this works to help you make an informed choice as to which room will suit you best.

The room layout at Deal or No Deal Bingo is standard to the Virtue Fusion platform with chat to the left with mini games above and the tickets to the right with the bingo call board above.

In all honesty the lack of Customer Support with the welcome bonus didn’t inspire us to remain too long at Deal or No Deal Bingo and we certainly didn’t make a deposit but having said that it could simply be that it was nearly 9pm at night on a Sunday. However, if you offer Live Help then you don’t expect to be sat waiting for ages just to get a response.

A quick look at the promotions found that they are standard to the Better Bingo Network of sites; Bingo Linx is available and a selection of bargain bingo games.

In summarisation if you want great customer service then Deal or No Deal Bingo is not for you but if you are just looking for a new networked bingo brand to play at then DOND Bingo offers just what you have come to expect.

The naming of this brand is a little misleading because despite the themed home page, Deal or No Deal Bingo is just the same as many other brands on this network. All we can say really is that you will get “Better Bingo” service at other sites.

Pros

Trusted network, best bingo software, great variety of bingo games and casino style games
