I deposited when I joined and got my bonus money when I won £100 I went on chat and was told I needed to spend £158 before I could withdraw money and was advised to spend my winnings on bingo as it was the fastest way to meet the wagering requirement when I went on chat today to find out what was left on my wager and was told I had nothing left to play I was then told if I just waited for the bonus to expire I could have withdrawn the winnings in full how disgusting is that I was told to play my winnings so they get the money back but didn’t tell me to wait to withdraw my winnings this is meant to keep your customers coming back I’m guessing your sister company is jackpot joy I spend a lot of money on that website and would have on yours I will not be using it again and will make sure that everyone knows about this non existent wagering requirement I was wrongly advices by their own staff to deliberately make me spend the money back on bingo as its the fastest way to meet wager requirements apparently when I could have waited I have the chat transcripts swell!!
