Hi , I’m sure I’ve messaged before but my dad Henry cotton (H) as he was known here ran the bingo as manager . Jacky cotton my aunt worked here along with margi, sharon her daughter and later Katie Sharon’s daughter . Think big dave who used to drive the ferry, cant think of the correct term ha ..captain ha . My dad passed in 2015 of bowl cancer and dave passed a short while after.

I just wanted to say that last night was our first night, we were nervous and didn’t understand a thing. It was an amazing experience and everyone was so helpful and nice from being greeted to being served, you were all smiles and happy to help us. Thank you so much. We shall be visiting again, and telling others about our experience. You really know what customer service is all about! Well done ladies and gentlemen who were there last night working.

I have a first edition of star bingo news sheet from 1994loads of information and photos a gossip column information on bus trips. A 5 page book cost £1 a 10 page book plus a scoop cost £4.50 it’s brilliant
