When signing up at any online bingo site a standard requirement, as part of the registration process, is that you must accept the brands terms and conditions. That in mind, you would hope that when amendments are made to their terms and conditions you would be asked to accept the changes. However, when we logged on to play this week and review one of the brands on the network, we noticed a change to the withdrawal rules and it does not work in the favour of players.
Dragonfish networked bingo sites are fairly reasonable with their withdrawal terms and conditions, and the play-through requirements are attainable. The wagering requirements at brands on this network are not hard and fast with withdrawals available before the 4x deposit and bonus wagering has been met, a forfeit of bonus funds being the only consequence.
This is a good thing, after all we play in the hope of winning cash, and if we do win we want to be able to cash out as quickly and easily as possible. However, the amount you must deposit at sites such as Bingo Cove and other sites on the network has increased and players will now be required to deposit £30 before they can withdraw their winnings.
The minimum deposit amount required before withdrawal had been reduced in the summer of this year to just £20 for a while and that was incredibly generous but just a few months later we find the amount increased back to the original amount of £30. Something that had not been bought to the attention of players with a notification of the change in the T & C’s.
We don’t want to put players off Dragonfish brands; the network is after all the largest on the Internet today. However, while we understand why they wouldn’t want to broadcast the fact that players are now going to have to spend more before they withdraw, we believe that you have the right to be informed of such a change.
