Most of the staff are pleasant and friendly. One particular member of staff needs to learn some customer service skills can be rude and miserable. The staff need more training on how to call. Seems sometimes always the same people winning and get free things through the post. I enjoy going for a night out meeting new people and have a laugh and chat. Winning is a bonus
