Myself and my sister play at your club at least twice a week. Can I suggest that you look into the way customers order their meals. Could the meals be ordered from the tables as we are very often queuing at the bar and have to miss some of the cash links. I am sure you will have more food orders this way making more profit all round. On the plus side, we enjoy coming to Exeter Mecca most times but very often there is a lot of talking particularly by the staff when we are playing and some of the machines in the main room are still operated when the cash links are being played when in the past customers were asked to refrain from playing. Also we do not like the callers knowing when someone has won and hesitating, it takes away some of the excitement. 3/5
