InterBingo recently underwent a couple of major changes; originally the brand was powered (like all St Minver bingo brands) by the Parlay Entertainment software but a change in software now sees the software used as the G2 GTech offering. Also we have seen the homepage undergo a makeover and we no longer see Mark Folan in his gold lurex suit smiling out at us. The new aesthetics brings Interbingo in line with the other platforms available from the brand – InterCasino and InterPoker. Unlike many brands there isn’t a ‘girly’ colour scheme used but a sleek look that will appeal to both men and women.
Registration is standard to the network with no requirement to enter any financial details until you choose to make a deposit. New registrations to the site get £1 of free bingo play but only when they have validated their account through the link sent to their registered email account. Prior to clicking this link you will have just 10p bonus in your account. As soon as you have completed the sign up you are taken to the bingo lobby where you can make your choice of room to play in.
From the bingo lobby you can see the room names, game type, time until next game, price per ticket, number of players in the room, prize on offer and the jackpot that is available in the room. The jackpots vary from room to room at InterBingo and are either static or progressive. Rooms at InterBingo do take a little while to load and we found that it took a couple of minutes to actually get into play; something that if we didn’t have to provide a review would have made us leave and choose another brand! With bingo available instantly at other brands, this is something that InterBingo and G2 GTech need to address pretty quickly.
When we finally managed to get into the room at InterBingo we found the room layout similar to many software platforms used in the world of online bingo; chat room to the left, bingo tickets to the right and instant win games above your chat. Purchasing tickets is simple using the multiple purchase option; 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 or the +/1 option. Only 12 tickets appear on your screen in 90 ball and if you buy more you can see the others using the scroll bar under your tickets – in 75 ball nine tickets can be viewed with the scroll bar option at the bottom to see any others you may have purchased. You can have more than one room open at any time but this makes the "lagginess" of loading at InterBingo even more apparent.
InterBingo is a nice looking site, the promotions are standard to the network and the game play is ok so if you love the St Minver network brands it’s a site to put on your "to do" list.
