Bingo VG - Very Good!

Game Village Review

Game Village has been around the bingo scene for a considerable time and has gone through a few facelifts too. In August of 2014 the brand landed with Cozy Bingo, another new software supplier and is the first site on what will be the Lucky Duck Network operating on this software. Now we’ve made no bones in the past about our dislike for this software and it is glitchy and a little less ‘shiny’ than other better known software packages out there. That said, they offer some cracking bonuses for new players and we can certainly see why they appeal!

If you’re familiar with Cozy Games you’re likely to recognise the similarities quite quickly, although Game Village has worked hard to set itself apart from other networks using this software. The homepage is bright and appealing, the Game Village Logo and branding strong and there’s plenty of information about the site, bingo, games and promotions. Signing up for a new account only takes a few moments but you will need to verify your account via email before you can register a payment method and make a deposit.

Now you’re ready to hit the bingo rooms and you’ll find the lobby under the bingo tab with rooms shown in a list format. If you like plenty of choice you’ll have it in droves, lots of multi-price tickets and several variants of bingo, with 90-ball rooms, 80-ball rooms and 75 ball rooms on offer to players. Navigating from room to room is easy enough, but when you enter the bingo room it is clear that this software isn’t quite as sleek as some. Ticket purchasing is a bit fiddly and even watching the game play is a little glitchy. It’s playable though, and again we lean back on the big bonuses the brand offers.

There are a selection of games and instant wins at Game Village made up of a huge number of slots, instant wins, casino games and more and again, while they don’t quite compete with the games from some of the bigger names in the industry, they are playable and enjoyable with a big selection to choose from.

If you like promotions then there are plenty to choose from but they are mainly based around depositing and wagering, and may not come to much if you’re not a big spender. That said, there are bingo and slots promos, deposit specials and more, ensuring you can always chase the extras if you wish.

Cozy Games is never going to be our favourite software and while it’s improving, and this site from Game Village is a further improvement, we’re not sure it’s quite enough to make this a site we’d recommend. That said, if you are tempted by the big sign up bonuses, it’s playable and there are some decent pots on offer.

Joselyn Grinsell Says:

Not at all happy with this site. Initially it appeared as though I did not receive my welcome bonus. However I was only able to play on the slots. After contacting customer service I was advised to send a photo of the loading page for bingo which froze every time. I was advised that it is a loading page and I should wait! To which I shared that I had already wasted nearly an hour waiting etc. then I was told it was due to whatever phone I was using, however, as I replyed I was using my I phone and the loading page is the same as other sites such as Biscuit bingo and I have no problem. The matter was not resolved by them so the joining deposit I was promised was never provided, along with any reasonable solution. Conned!!! 0/5

BingoGal Says:

Really? Were you not disappointed with the move to the Cozy Games software? I personally think they have sold out and lost their USP.
