Whilst the welcome bonuses and no deposit required offer may look “epic” at first glance, when you take the time to read the Terms and Conditions you will soon see that they really aren’t. Like many brands on the Cozy Games software Epic Bingo is part of a network, in this case it’s the Fun Bingo Network and all of these sites offer what appears to be a really simple registration process – one click and you are in. Well that’s not the case because whilst you do only have to choose a username, password and enter your date of birth to register at Epic Bingo you cannot access any games until you have sent an email from your registered account! Usually you have to validate your account through a welcome email but we didn’t receive one. You may find this a problem if you are already registered at another brand on the network, which was the issue that we had.
A trip to Live Help to get the account verified was also a nightmare; we’d sent our email for verification as requested but because in the subject line we had not capitalised the Verify Account subject line, we had to resend with the subject line VERIFY ACCOUNT! How ridiculous! We duly did as we were requested but verification took another 10-15 minutes on top of the 20 we had already spent fannying about with Live Help! Not really 1 Click registration is it?
Of course by now the chances are you aren’t even tempted to try the site, an opinion we whole-heartedly agree with but we have to plod on with the review. Remember, until our account was validated we simply had to wait around to enter the site, you cannot even view the game offerings until you have jumped through all of the Epic Bingo hoops! In fact, we have lost the will to continue so the remainder of the Epic Bingo review is going to be plain old facts.
Epic Bingo offers three variants of the bingo game; 75, 80 and 90 ball games. Rooms take ages to load, chat is overrun with stupid animated smilies that make it difficult to read and basically, Epic Bingo offers a dire gaming experience from start to finish. Could we be any clearer? Epic Bingo is one site you should avoid unless you have the patience of a saint!
