Arriving for the first time at Bingo Godz launched in September 2013, but it’s something a little bit different, as it’s a brand new name from a brand new software, bringing some much needed freshness to the online bingo market. The team behind the site have years of industry experience, previous to launching the Bede Gaming software, and Bingo Godz is the first site to use this software.

New software packages launch often, but they don’t always offer a totally different experience, however that isn’t the case with Bingo Godz. This is unlike anything we’ve seen in online bingo, and actually reminds us of some of the Facebook bingo apps out there, not only offering the online bingo game, but also a game within a game. From the lobby you’ll see the different worlds you can visit, but there’s no skipping through them all as the first one is open and the rest are locked. You start at level 1, which is Greek Level and work your way through the six rooms, when you’ve completed this challenge you’ll move onto level 2, the Eastern Level and so forth until you work your way through the game.
Judging by our experience (and we didn’t get through all the levels) this is to be a long term challenge for players, certainly don’t expect to just fly through the levels, but it does offer a new dimension to the game, offering the standard bingo game, and the challenge of working through the levels. It works very well for free Facebook Bingo but it remains to be seen whether players want these kind of restrictions when they are paying real money for bingo tickets.
Once you load the bingo rooms, or at least the ones that aren’t locked, it’s different to other bingo sites, but not so much so that it’s difficult to navigate. There are a lot of ‘graphics’ that are connected to the world’s challenge rather than the bingo game and this does give the site a different feel, but with cards to the right, chat to the left and all the instant wins featured above the bingo screen, once you strip away everything else, it’s pretty standard and easily navigable. The chat hosts seem friendly and helpful enough, and the games play well. One thing that does stand out is the bingo caller; is that really Brian Blessed we can hear calling the numbers?
The prizes aren’t life-changing or earth-shattering when we visit, but the site is brand new and just launched, so that’s not really indicative of how well the brand will do, and the tickets are very cheap so we think players will enjoy the fun of working through the levels and working on to what will hopefully be higher prize money.
If you do fancy a change from the bingo, then that’s where Bingo Godz is like other bingo sites, there are a big selection of slots to choose from, from some big names in the industry and you’re sure to enjoy the slots, table games and instant wins on offer, including big games like the Cleopatra slot among others.
During our visit, the promotions are a little thin on the ground, but it is brand new when we visit, and we’re sure to see some themed specials tying in with the ethos of the site so keep your eye on the bingo news.
Overall Bingo Godz really does feel brand spanking new, and not like anything we’ve seen before. If you’re a fan of game playing, and a fan of online bingo, you’re likely to love it. It’s like bingo meets Candy Crush, race you through the levels?

VERY disappointed with Bingo Godz. Payout for slots is definitely not as in other casinos and customer care seems to be non existent. I couldn´t find an option to set deposit-limits or to close my account. Over 1 month ago I sent a mail to Bingo Godz asking them to close my account. No reaction. Last week I wrote another mail, explaining that I have a gambling problem and asking them to close my account. No reaction. Other casinos reacted straight away. Bingo Godz didn´t. This is the only casino where I can´t close my account and obviously, when I get the urge, I spend my money there. As a gambling addict I just can´t stop myself. I tried the online-chat but no operator was online. I don´t know what to do and I urge everybody who can´t afford go gamble away thousands to use a decent casino with customer care.

I believe this issue has now been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of yourself and Bingo Godz following your complaint being passed on.
Having been involved with the process of resolving the issue and being aware of how it was handle by Customer Support at the site, I have to say I was pretty impressed with the outcome and the speed in which the resolution was reached.

I want to follow up my previous review – I was able to contact Bingo Godz via their chat and explained the situation. They said they had a technical glitch somewhere. They closed my account after my first mail but somehow I was still able to deposit and play………. Bingo Godz kindly refunded all my deposits since my first request to close the account. I had the money back in my account 2 days later and an apology. I am very pleased with the outcome and want to change my negative review to a positive one. There are decent, honest people at Bingo Godz. THANK YOU BINGO GODZ!
