Bingo VG - Very Good!

Bingo Boat Review

In March Bingo Boat was sold to a company who chose not to advertise the brand through affiliates. For this reason we have redirect our readers to Raw Bingo, a brand on the same network with the same gaming experience.

The home page of Bingo Boat doesn’t scream bingo site but more “luxurious boat hire” but your eyes are instantly drawn to generous welcome bonuses and what look like impressive deposit bonuses that the site have to offer. Stop right there though because before you step aboard this bingo vessel you should be aware that there are fairly high wagering requirements on all the bonuses dished out from this brand. Not only that but the site also has a stipulation that you must have deposited at least £10 before requesting a cash out AND you are only allowed to withdraw once in any five day period.

Now that’s out of the way, let’s look at what you can expect if you set sail with Bingo Boat. The registration process looks pretty simple and if you don’t want to deposit right away there is free bingo you can try out along the way.

When you are ready to play you can claim those big sign up bonuses. Once all of this has been done you can then access the bingo lobby where you will see the rooms available to play in. The site offers various types of bingo games across several rooms; 30, 50, 75, 80 and 90 ball games.

The rooms are laid out quite simply with the bingo call board to the left of your screen, the tickets in the centre and chat to the right. One of the more irritating things about Bingo Boat are their chat hosts; they insist on posting a whole plethora of animated smilies into the chat room which not only makes chat hard to follow but it’s a real strain on the eyes. This doesn’t bode well for building a great community!

Another thing that needs addressing at Bingo Boat is that when a game is in play there are no ticket prices shown. We were caught out and ending up purchasing more tickets than we should have done for the next game at higher ticket prices!

Bingo Boat is like many other Cozy Games brands on any of the different networks available; not enough promotional detail, too much emphasis on deposit bonuses, chat hosts who don’t have a clue and wagering requirements/minimum withdrawal amount that make it nigh on impossible to ever win enough to cashout!

Pros

Free welcome bonus for new players means you can “try before you buy”,  bonus funds can be used to play slots/casino games.

Cons

High wagering requirements, high minimum withdrawal amounts, limited withdrawals per week, no ticket prices when a game is in play, restricted ticket purchases for new players, over use of macros in the chat rooms, chat host uses the smilies far too much!
