Bingo VG - Very Good!

Big Heart Bingo Review

Big Heart Bingo is just one of a handful of bingo sites that donate on a regular basis to worthy causes but whilst it is admirable, Big Heart Bingo is still a Cozy Games brand meaning high wagering requirements and high minimum withdrawal amounts. Big Heart Bingo claim to be the ONLY registered web based charity bingo site, and this could be true, but there are at least three other brands that donate on a regular basis to charity. Another issue we had was that despite trawling through a number of pages we couldn’t find details of how much is donated to charity. At a site like Pink Ribbon Bingo they state quite clearly that they donate 15% of their gross revenue to Breakthrough Breast Cancer, there was no such information available on the pages at Big Heart Bingo.

Like many of the Cozy Games brands Big Heart Bingo welcome new players with a £15 free no deposit required welcome bonus. This is not instantly credited to your account; firstly you have to validate your account through the welcome email sent to your registered address. Without doing this you cannot even access the lobby at Big Heart Bingo.

Big Heart Bingo is part of the Super Bingo Network and when you enter the lobby you will notice one room is reserved for depositing players only. This is the networked room. The site offers three types of bingo game; 75 ball, 80 ball and 90 ball but at the time of the review no 75 ball rooms were open. From the lobby you can see the number of players in each room, the ticket price, the prize on offer for the standard game and the progressive jackpot amounts.

When in a bingo room the layout is standard to the software platform with the chat to the right of the screen, bingo tickets in the centre of your screen and the bingo call board off to the left. There are slots and instant win games available above your chat room. When purchasing tickets at Big Heart Bingo you have a number of options; you can use the quick pick option, the slider or simply click the tickets you wish to buy. For non-depositing players there is a restriction of just 15 cards on each game.

We visited on of the non-networked rooms at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon, tickets were 10p for the game and there were 23 players in the room (it may be they didn’t all buy tickets). The maximum tickets you could buy for the game was 48 but the prize pool was dire; one line for £1.76, two lines for £2.71 and a full house for just £3.93. With the minimum withdrawal set at £50 and high wagering requirements to content with, are you ever really going to be able to withdraw from Big Heart Bingo?

Pros

Donates to charity.

Cons

High wagering requirement, high minimum withdrawal, hoops to jump through to claim welcome bonus otherwise no access to the bingo rooms.
