Hi,we sometimes come to flutters bingo,we came last week and parked our car,we have since had a parking ticket for parking in the car park which now belongs to Aldi which we didnt realise,could you advise us on where to park on our next visit?

I go to the gala bingo every week and have been a member for a long time. Just recently the wizards had a technical fault on the system I was one of six customers whose machine failed to come back on, I was asked to go to booksales they would see me. I went to book sales and was given £1, I just looked at them and felt that customer service was obviously not their strong point, is that it I replied, oh yes thats it that is what we owe you. I play the slots regulary and books, I would like to think I am a good paying customer. A few days later I receive a letter from gala offering me a free main event on any session until the 20th Feb 2012. My friend whose machine came back on and hundreds of other people received the same offer. Last night I went to the gala and upgraded my books the machine I played was wizard 1706/7/5 it was on that group of tables it went into error programme and yet again I couldnt play the bingo for the early session. I asked Sharon a member of staff who worked on the slot machines area if she could help me she was told that because the books were free the management couldnt do anything. Well yet again customer service really working Sharon apologised to me but no member of management came to see me, how disappointed am I extremely, my friend wants to go to the gala on sunday I feel so disgusted with the way I have been treated I feel it would be only courtesy to let you know I shall be contacting your head office for their opinion.

dragonfish sites in my opinion are a total rip off. you have to deposit £20.00 on each site before they will let you withdraw anything, when in actual fact you are not just playing on one site but against about 4 other of their sites. same players, same hosts, i questioned them and they said no comment and closed my account. stinks

I have played on this site and spent alot of money! One day I got really angry and sent them an email saying that I’d spent a fortune and had never won any of the jackpots even though I had played alot. Next day I win a big jackpot of over £170.00??? Very weird! I’ve clocked that when you have money waiting for withdrawal you dont seem to win that much also very weird. Cms dont really talk much and keep you entertained and most of them announce the winners especially for the full house whilst you are still playing which is very annoying. Overall opinion spend your money elsewhere maybe one of the bigger sites. 3/5.

one of the worst sites i have ever been on cm’s ignored me
could not get a decent win on bingo even though i maxed on tickets seemed to be the same winners over and over,slots poor avoid this site 1/5 VERY POOR.
