What is it with bingo brands? Why do they insist on giving away “white goods” as prizes in their promotions? Of course I get that the biggest demographic for online bingo is women but isn’t it tantamount to the old joke “Why do women have small feet?” (For those of you who don’t know the joke, the answer is “So they can get closer to the sink”). Whilst for some winning £300 of “white goods” from Butlins Bingo and the other brands on the network might appeal, for me it smacks of sexism! I can’t see many men wanting to play for a dishwasher or washing machine, or many women for that matter.
However, whilst my opinion may be that this is a really awful promotional offer from Butlins Bingo, it may appeal to some and it’s only right that I put my personal feelings aside and give you all the details….
