One of the smaller software providers currently around at the moment is Cozy Games software who are a software development company with offices in Cyprus, India and Toronto.

Another feature I personally do not like is that you are able to establish from the user list who is a funded player and who is not which can create negative comments in chat when a non-funded player wins.
One of the biggest downfalls for me of the Cozy software package has to be their support team and CM’s who are all Indian based. As a result there is the language barrier and no matter how good their English may be there will inevitably be some difficulties with them understanding the many different British slang words used in chat. I have seen some quite funny examples of this and the poor CM in the room had no idea what was being said at all.
As with most software platforms the Cozy Games software has its plus points and its minus points but at the end of the day it is down to players own personal preference as to which bingo site they prefer to play their online bingo at. Unfortunately though, I find it very hard to recommend any Cozy sites due to their underhand Terms and Conditions which make it nearly impossible to withdraw any money, let alone money won on their free bonus awards.
