Robin Hood Bingo Commercial
When it comes to online bingo commercials we are absolutely inundated with different brands advertising their wares on our television sets at the moment; from the Bet365 Bingo bumpers during Emmerdale to the numerous other brands appearing on the screen – online bingo is big in advertising. The latest to hit the small screen is the Robin Hood Bingo commercial and it’s exactly what we expected it to be.
The full length Robin Hood Bingo commercial is 30 seconds long and starts with a man dressed as Robin Hood stepping out from behind a tree accosting two maids as they stroll through the forest and features a little thigh slapping.
As Robin steps from behind the tree he proceeds to request the pleasure of the ladies company at Robin Hood Bingo promising to give them his “free bingo coins” every day and then tells them about the cash match bonus of £25 free on a first deposit of £10. At this point Robin does a little thigh slap and says “It’s true as my pants are tight” before one of the maids asks “Robin? Are those my tights?” to which he responds “Yes”.
The Robin Hood Bingo commercial is predictable to a point but with little scope for movement with the brand name, they’ve done a pretty good job. Unfortunately the shorter version of the clip isn’t quite as impressive and losers a lot of the humour that is shown in the longer advert.
