Of course in an effort to bring you all the best deals we look at multiple sites on a daily basis and seeing some of the offers made us pose the question ‘What makes a great bingo promotion?’
Like many things in life it all comes down to personal preference; some might like the prize draws that many sites offer whilst others might prefer something else. However it’s often quite easy to define a great promotion and make the comparison with a lesser offer.
Some brands, naming no names, will offer their players what appears to be a great promotion on the surface but when you actually read the Terms and Conditions, it isn’t really all its cracked up to be. For example: To enter into a prize draw you have to win on three seperate listed bingo patterns – doesn’t sound too bad so far does it? Then you take a look at the prize – £10 in bonus money for just ten lucky winners! Now winning any bingo game takes financial investment, but to ask a player to specifically win on THREE different patterns for a slim chance of winning a tenner in bonus money – well that’s a poor promotion.
A great promotion was the recent offer from Sun Bingo – the chance to win one of the 30 cars they had to give away. One entry into there prize draw was secured by spending just £5 on bingo tickets in a day at their site. Ok, so your chances of having your name drawn out of their virtual hat are slim BUT if it were, what a fabulous prize! In addition the outlay to enter the prize draw was not extortionate and within most bingo budgets.
